Educated in engineering and design in South Africa, Eldore' Wood is a self-taught photographer specializing in Polaroid Fine Art Photography. She has spent many hours learning from photographers like the late Galen Rowell and wildlife photographer Moose B. Peterson. She has also attended workshops with Polaroid artist Kathleen Thormond Carr. Her work is held in private collections within South Africa and America and is also represented by Phoenix Framing and Gallery in Sacramento, CA. Eldore' lives in the Sacramento area and travels back to South Africa every other year gathering images for her portfolio. Her photography has also taken her to Australia, New Zealand, Scotland and all over the United States. Trips to Hawaii and Costa Rica are planned for 2004 and 2005.
